SO something weird happened. I emailed asking about my claim 2 days ago. They asked for my address. I gave them my address. They were able to look up my claim told me it was sent on 10/30. I emailed again today and they said my claim was sent to xxxxx in CA on 10-29. I live in WA. wtf? I have never lived at a different address. How where they able to look up my claim using the address I live at NOW but than say it was mailed to a different address?
Maybe they looked at the wrong claim?
