Unger was out with a concussion. So now next week back to three back up line an again.

Anyways, as far as this game goes it was really a bad 2nd qtr where the Buccs scored 21. First TD was set up off a total BS pass interface call which should have been a interception by ear thomas. Then a Seattle fumble. And then just bad defense. Second half though the defense shut em down to only a FG. Still their run D was not good again and Russell Wilson was taking huge shots because of the piss poor o-line. Major work to do.

They started the game with beast mode I think 4 carries for 42 yards. Then he banged up his knee for a bit and we saw al ot of Turbin. Lynch comes back and not a whole lot of attempts. Finally first and goal frim the three, crowd chanting beast mode....and they pass. Picked off lol. Finally they realize give the fucking ball to Lynch and he takes over especially in OT. Learn your lesson yet fuckers?! Feed the god damn beast! Stop being cute on first and goal situations!

Run defense has given up 400+ yards in the last two games. Another problem we are going to have to fix. OL played much better today, but still lots of pressure on Russell.

Lack of pass rush is concerning as well. They went out and spent good money on pass rush, and it was not there until the 4th Q.
I didn't think their pass rush was bad at all, they got a few sacks, a lot if hurries and forced incomplete passes. Their were times though when the QB had tons of time, so I'd say it was inconsistent.

But maybe that's the problem when it comes to the run game. They got all these pass rushers in there. It's probably easy for the offense to see what kind of packages Seattle has and when they have all their rushers in there they just run. Can't really think of any other reasons.

With our starting OT's out. Rice, Harvin out, and a 2nd year QB, I am completely okay with where we're at. 8-1 ain't nothing to bitch about. I think we'll get even better the second half of the season too, just like we did last year.
I watched the post game on Q13 and they talked to Baldwin. The guy asked him if we have see the best the offense will get, Baldwin replied: "not even close. We have not played a complete game yet."

grrr, 3 weeks in a row now the same bullshit calls at goal. did you see the last play of the game? lynch was dominating with first down after first down, we get to goal, whats the last play? THAT FAGGOT DESIGNED WILSON ROLLOUT. thank god wilson gave himself up as fast as he did, then they kicked it afterwards and won. but i wanted to see them punch that shit in there with lynch to seal the game with a td. it could be argued thatd be stupid and reckless and at the first down so close the only possible play to be called is field goal for the win. any other game id agree 9999 / 10,000 times. but haushka kicks low and field goals are never 100% either. and lynch had over 40 yards in that final overtime drive alone. he had all the steam in the world and it was worth letting lynch try to seal game with a rush TD, worth possibly fumbling and losing, or being stopped. hell it was worth even going for it if it had been taken to 4th down and whatever, to get what a game winning lynch TD would mean to lynch and signify for the team.

im sure everyone is glad they made the statistically and historically correct decision to kick it in for the W... but i would have tried to punch it in there even if it meant possibly losing the game. /end rant

im hard on bevvell but there has to be something going on. lynch isnt 100% we found out, so they must be either preserving his health or saving him for playoff time. a lot of the excessive passing had to do with lynch coming out of the game for awhile, and one article i read said he was sick during the game, but its still frustrating. i drunkenly told a friend before preseason started i think lynch might wear down right at playoff time. god whyd i say that shit lol.

another W, another week to wonder if we truly suck on offense or just cursed with injuries and circumstance. another week our opponent figured out how to carve up and embarass the defense, yet they came through when it absolutely mattered.

Man I am at a loss for words.

I understand what is going on with our offense, I mean its expected we are going to have some problems with all those injuries....And frankly the offensive play calling has been questionable at best.

But what the heck is going on with the defense?? That is 2 weeks in a row we have given up 200+ rushing yards to two of worst rushing teams in the league!! Not to mention, TB didn't even have their premiere running back playing.

It should be a rule that if you aren't yelling on defense that you get kicked out of the stadium. The 12th man was pathetic yesterday.
