my big bro hooked it up today.

baked salmon with mayo, shredded parmesan cheese, lime juice, green onions, garlic salt and salt and pepper. pic doesn't look as big as it really is, sitting on a glass tray. just tried it and i'm ready for seconds.

Simple "Spread" recipe i was taught for wieght gain and work outs.

drain most soup or soak noodles for a few minutes.

tuna, mayo, bread.

used half can of tuna, a few dollops of mayo add salt and pepper.

you can lightly toast or leave the bread the way it is. i personally leave my bread alone.

found this little hawaiian restaurant in long beach. it was in one of those strip malls and if your not looking your gonna miss it. very very small but the food is good. got the hamburger steak topped with orange chicken.

my brother recent went to maine on a business trip and called me to say they have lobster fresh out the water for like 1.17 a lb

i almost had him over night 10 lbs to me til i realized how much shipping would cost lol

went to chinese connection and got the spicy chicken and yellow rice. it was good but i got water with it and they always give you water in a small cup and i hate it. its really spicy and i need more water lol
