lol..you know L.A. to big of a city to be on that list top 10.certain parts of L.A. like southcentral,eastlos,boyle hieghts,pacoima would deff. be up there if they were their own city..like compton for example wich came in at number 12.

Based on 2006 data from the United States Census Bureau, 44% of the city's residents live in poverty, the highest rate in the nation. The city had a median household income of $18,007, the lowest of all U.S. communities with populations of more than 65,000 residents, making it America's poorest city.

Open Forum On Siccness.net, CA dropped off the list this year after coming in 83rd last year.

The arrival of HAD in 2008 seemed to have a calming effect on the citizens there leading to a startling decline in crime and mischief.
