speaking about that g-idez song, i always thought it was from suzanne vega's single "tom's diner", which is a tight song as well. it's such a dope beat from beta, though. it blew me away when i first heard it.

yeah that's the song... sorry them two songs sorta phase into one for me... Although theyre completely different. Yeah the chick is sorta lazy style singing it in the melody.. I'm gonna have to peep that tune again.

ya N8 the Gr8 and beta have similar styles on some songs. they both use that ultra low keyboard sometimes. they are both two of my fav rap producers. N8 the gr8 came hard on Young Dre-d's album.

man next to quik i think beta is the rawest producer ive heard. i remember when i first got with the Way he made me a beat and engineered the session. i was dumb ass nervous to be workin with him like that but he just told me 2 relax and we did it. the song is called Gone In 60 Seconds featuring No Love on the NWO album. shits heated. shit i think when the 1st beats i ever freestyled 2 when i 1st started rappin was beta beats on loaded. peace 2 beta. much love.

i just heard a new beta song for the first time last nite. its called "Make it Sick" off of Mic Rose and Kevlars Hu$tle Gang album that just came out last year. I'd upload it but I could only find it on itunes as a protected mp4. anyway, this is proof to me that Madesicc is still capable of that dark sound we all know and love but for some reason they dont do it much anymore. I hope that beta brings these kinda beats to DAAM if/when it drops.
