Surenos talk just as much shit as Nortenos do online. From what I've learned while being online is that Surenps talk more shit than anyone else. For instance look at BrownPride.com and yeah there is some Surenos who probably don't talk shit. But everyone talks shit online to make themselves seem tough such as the Bloods, Crips, Nortenos and Surenos. There's some that don't say shit who are the coo ones.
