LOS ANGELES, CA (Oct. 9, 2012) – Today all eyes are on Hip-Hop superstar Xzibit as he releases his highly sought after and much-anticipated album “Napalm” which features the likes of E-40, Wiz Khalifa, Prodigy, Crooked I, The Game, Slim The Mobster and The Alkaholiks, with production by Dr. Dre, Akon, David Banner S1, Focus and Beat Butcher. Today X to the Z will continue his kick off tour in San Diego, Ca after tearing the roofs off of venues in Russia, Germany, The Bay Area and his most recent sold out concert at the historic Key Club in Hollywood CA!

“If you know Hip-Hop, you’re going to love and appreciate “Napalm,” notes Xzibit. “The tone of the album is a testament to what I’ve been through in the last six years. I’m ready to kick some ass!” Napalm gives listeners a close look into the superstar’s life, it provides a gateway for fans willing to know, an opportunity to truly get to know this dynamic entertainer. “1983” the year Xzibits mother died, is also a song that features the voice of the rappers mother. The very personal ode plays out over a beautiful 38-piece orchestra (produced by Ron Fair) and a piano – with no beat. It’s absolutely amazing!

For his diehard fans X to the Z recently announced in a press conference a special treat on the deluxe version of Napalm! As a contribution to the spirit of the album His son Tre Capital makes his debut on the song titled “Throw it Like It’s Free,” alongside Black Milk and Phats.

Fans and critics alike have been raving over the theme of NAPALM especially after seeing the Army-inspired music video for the title track which with all intensive purposes was shot in Iraq and parts of Afghanistan. Xzibit is right on track with this project, he has incorporated a fresh sound that raises the bar on all of current hip-hop at the same time he gives you that deep, sultry Xzibit that his fans have grown to love!

X recently took the stage at this year’s Rock the Bells nationwide Hip-Hop tour, shot a new video with Bay Area Ambassador E-40, inked a deal with Monster Headphones, takes the lead in a 2013 Blockbuster film “Code Name Geronimo” playing the role of a Navy Seal, in addition he will be appearing on a new network television sitcom titled “Always Sunny in Philedelphia”.
