Lamar Canady better known to us as San Diego rapper “Cee Wee 3”, discovered by neighborhood friend and producer “Ecay Uno” (i.e Leery Gang). With His gritty, vivid urban tales of Gangsta Living, Women, Money, Weed and Alcohol. Matched with heavy bass lines and high hats, had all our heads nodding left’ right.
On the morning of May 9th, gunfire erupted at his place of business “Official Cutz Barber Shop” shortly before 11:30 a.m., Lamar “Cee Wee 3” Canady suffered multiple gunshot wounds and died at the scene.
Before the unfortunate mishap, Cee Wee was in the process of re-releasing his older catalog digitally, while wrapping up “Still Dreaming” his next official solo body of work. I-Rocc, Spider Loc, & Nipsey Hussle have contributed their efforts to the project set for a late August release.
Melissa Canady the wife and estate holder of Cee Wee 3, promises to deliver the entire West Coast Official catalog, along with his next single “Still Ballin” featuring Neighborhood Nip, and the official digital release of “Canady Cartel”.
