DJ Birdy Bird and his Star-Dom team have launched the “Top 25 San Diego Rapper’s 2014” list. The process behind the voting ballots was only for the rap artist in the San Diego community (ie: every artist will vote for other artist besides themselves or someone on their team). 182 artist voted and the list was finally released today and has sparked barber shop type conversations behind the generated list.
