French adult film star Celine Tran, a.k.a Katsuni, has apparently won a monetary reward in her lawsuit against Bow Wow. Tran filed her claim against the rapper and 106 & Park co-host back in 2012.
According to Tran’s claim, Bow Wow copied her signature dance moves for the visuals of ‘Drank In My Cup’ and hired a lookalike to conduct “intimate activities” with him for the video. Tran also pointed out that her routine took up a large chunk of time in the video clocking a total of one minute and 20 second.
Tran didn’t have any need to prove her case sinceBow Wow simply didn’t respond to the lawsuit, according to TMZ, which left a federal judge the power to order the rapper to pay for damages and pull the video.
As a result of the ruling, Bow Wow will have to come up with a total sum of $79,346.07 which covers Tran’s claim, which was initially around $75K, as well as the porn star’s legal fees.
