Kevin Gates is having to serve 180 days behind bars for kicking a female fan in the chest last summer at one of his concerts.
Kevin Gates will be spending a few months behind bars.As of Wednesday, a Florida judge reportedly ordered the rapper to serve 180 days at Polk County Jail after a jury found him guilty of misdemeanor battery.
The state requested Gates receive 60 days in jail with a one-year probation sentence, but judge decided to triple their request & give him 180 days instead.
