Hot! Game & T.I. Involved In Standoff With L.A.P.D.

Hip-hop stars The Game and T.I. were involved in a standoff with Los Angeles police early Wednesday morning after a fight broke out at an L.A. nightclub.

Video obtained by TMZ shows a bloody brawl between two men and security at the Supperclub. The “mutual acquaintances” of the rappers were reportedly denied entrance, and one person allegedly punched a security guard, who responded by fighting back with other staffers. One man is seen face down on the ground being kicked.

Off-duty LAPD officers were reportedly working at the club, and more arrived in uniform. The celebrity gossip site reports T.I. and Game came out, thinking their entourage was attacked by police, and a standoff ensued.

“Is this a crime scene?” T.I. was heard saying, according to Billboard. “Y’all got a lot of people to beat up. We got good lawyers!”

T.I. is also heard telling the crowd to keep their distance, while another person said “security” injured the two men, not police. “Bloods” and “Crips” are also yelled out by the crowd, but there’s no word on any gang relations to the scuffle.

TMZ reports the two men were transported to LAPD’s Hollywood division, but declined to file charges.

T.I., also known as Tip Harris, is best known for the hits “Bring ‘Em Out,” “Whatever You Like” and “Live Your Life” featuring Rihanna. Game, a former G-Unit member whose real name is Jayceon Terrell Taylor, had two top 10 hits a decade ago with “How We Do” and “Hate It Or Love It,” both featuring 50 Cent.

The rappers have not yet commented publicly on the incident.
