Hot! Game helps Lil Wayne break Elvis Presley’s Billboard record

While 2012 has been a big year for Game, it has not been as big as he initially planned. Initial plans included Game releasing his album, F.I.V.E. (Fear Is Victory’s Evolution). However, with several artists preparing 2012 to release their fifth studio albums and titling them “five” in various ways.

After several delays, Game decided to regroup, changing the album’s title to Jesus Piece. Once he announced the album title change, Game released “Celebration,” the first single off the album. Chris Brown, Tyga, Wiz Khalifa, and Lil Wayne are featured on the single. The song has since become a fan favorite.

Recently, “Celebration” hit Billboard for the first time, charting at #82 on the Billboard Hot 100. “Celebration” is the latest charting single from Game, but it has played a bigger role for Lil Wayne. The charting of “Celebration” made it the 109th single from Lil Wayne to chart, knocking Elvis Presley off his throne he has held for decades.
