The NYPD said it was investigating the assault of a 22-year-old man in the 77th Precinct, which includes part of Crown Heights and Prospect Heights.
A source confirmed the victim was 6ix9ine. TMZ first reported the assault. No one has been arrested. The investigation is ongoing.
