Hot! Dizzy Set to Release “Still Dizzy” EP along with Canadian & US Tour

(Edmonton, Canada) – Once again Hip-Hop is showing its worldwide reach as Canadian rapper Dizzy is quickly gaining attention across the online world in one of the globes far reaching corners – Edmonton, Canada. After getting inspired by Midwest word flipper Twista, and the west coast sound, Dizzy got his start in the cold oil city of Edmonton throwing his own parties, concerts and eventually tours.

“Edmonton gets a lot of hip-hop shows here,a lot of the fans who are strictly dedicated to the hip hop scene are artists themselves so it makes for a pretty tight-knit community who basically support each other.””Dizzy said of the Edmonton Hip-Hop scene.

“We got a lot of weird Hip-Hop up here like Tech N9ne, Danny Brown did pretty well here on tour. But we get a lot of other good acts as well like YG, French Montana, Jeezy who have done well also. Going east you get some Hip-Hop but its mostly Rock, Edm and Country, but a lot of the cities in Canada don’t have Hip-Hop radio stations, so it’s not always easy to get out there, it can seem like an uphill battle, but I’ve gotten support from local media,” Dizzy said.

Thus far Dizzy and his team have had the opportunity to share the stage with and put on shows for a long list of artists that includes Bone Thugs N Harmony, Redman and Method Man, YG, Ace Hood, Common, Cam’ron, French Montana (Nov.14th), MGK, Dizzy Wright, Big Sean, E40, Joe Budden and Trinidad James and more. In addition to touring and shows Dizzy has recorded songs with the likes of Ace Hood, Krazie Bone and Kevin Cossum and Kurupt.

With his buzz north of the border starting to bubble over in to areas of the West and Midwest in the US, Dizzy has decided to release the visuals for his much anticipated track “Came to Party.” The video was filmed at an LA mansion pool party and shows Dizzy and West-Coast legend Kurupt of DPG partying with a host of females, smoking and enjoying the California sun.

“Kurupt is sick and to make it all cooler he was just a good dude, he was a stand up guy,” Dizzy explained. “There was a nice pool with ladies, so he kicked it, blazed, and he was just droppin game on me about marketing myself.”

After the success of his last album, U Feelin Dizzy Yet?, Dizzy is coming back with his upcoming albumStill Dizzy set to drop in the coming months. Until the project drops be sure to go get the single on available on iTunes now: http://goo.gl/EXm4at.
