The indictment of Bobby Shmurda and 12 other members of GS9 is now underway, with police displaying the guns the confiscated and accusing the crew of 24 shootings.

Shmurda himself is charged with one count of conspiracy (second degree), three counts of conspiracy (fourth degree), one count of reckless endangerment (second degree), two counts of criminal possession of a weapon (second degree) and one count of criminally using drug paraphernalia (second degree), to which he pleaded “not guilty.” Rowdy Rebel has been hit with one count of conspiracy (second degree), two counts of conspiracy (fourth degree), one count of attempted murder (second degree), one count of attempted assault (first degree), counts of reckless endangerment in the first and second degree, and four counts of criminal possession of a weapon (second degree).
