Hot! Big Hutch Introduces Kay Nine Tha Boss From “The Next Big Thang” Compilation

Hip-Hop veteran Big Hutch (Cold 187um) recently released his plans for not only his upcoming “Live From Hell’s Kitchen” album release but also for his upcoming “The Next Big Thang” Compilation in which he debuted and introduced his first group NSOMNIA Kafe. Now the former Death Row Records exec and Above The Law member is introducing to us Orange County, by way of Santa Ana, California native Kay Nine The Boss. Even though the West Coast emcee has represented from other regions outside of Orange County such as Los Angeles, Inland Empire, to San Diego, Kay Nine The Boss Hood lies within’ the barrios of Santa Ana. Kay Nine has released several videos that can be seen on Youtube and our very ownN.W.TV such as “Walls”“Fucked Up” Ft. DC, Illy Truth, and Tiny Kurupt“On Top Of Tha World” Ft. Layne “L.T.” Tadesse“A Better Way” Ft. Nojack and Trazel, and his past single fellow West Coast veteran emceeJayo Felony entitled “Try Me” Ft. C-Quel.

Big Hutch gives his thoughts on why he chose Kay Nine as part of his compilation, “Kay Nine is another one of those examples of emcees who’s out here really trying to make it by coordinating his own professional video shoots, booking his own show dates, and stay dropping releases. He has the character, the look, the business mind, and overall good at what he does. These are the type of emcees, especially coming out the West, that people need to know about and not just get brushed under the rug due to politics, location, or whatever. That’s why I’m doing this compilation and bring artist like Kay Nine, NSOMNIA Kafe, and the others I have lined up to the forefront, put my stamp on it, and give them their just due in Hip-Hop.”Big Hutch continues, “For Kay Nine I chose his record entitled “I Never Made It.” I like the mood and feel of the song and the video is tight and well produced. I think Kay Nine and his music will be a great addition to the project.”
