On Wednesday, September 25th, Trick Daddy was arrested on cocaine & weed possession near Miami according to MTV.
The new charges are the latest from self-proclaimed southern thug Trick Daddy. A judge released him on a $15,000 bond today (September 26th) and is order to serve house arrest for violating his blood requirement in another felony charge.
Trick Daddy was attending a high school football game with a friend on Wednesday night. They were drinking cognac and becoming out of control according to reports prompting parents at the game to complain to police. Both Trick and friend were escorted out of the high school, when police discovered the drugs in Trick Daddy's possession.
Trick Daddy was held in county jail until his hearing Friday. Judge Dennis Murphy allowed Trick Daddy to leave on bond and refused a prosecutor’s request to conduct a drug test on the rapper.
Trick Daddy's situation was complicated by the fact he was already out on bond for another felony incident last February. The MC allegedly pulled out a gun on 27-year-old Pernell Paige during a confrontation after a pickup basketball game. For that, he faces charges of aggravated assault with a firearm, use of firearm in commission of a felony and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon. He was released on $22,000 bond on those charges until a scheduled trial on October 14.
Because he violated his initial bond, Trick Daddy was ordered to serve under house arrest beginning Monday and extending at least until his trial for assault charges begins.
