Unpredictable as it is, Game of Thrones has a few constants: death, betrayal and regular shouts of "Hodor!"

But it appears that last one won't be true of season five, with Hodor actor Kristian Nairn saying his and Bran's (Isaac Hempstead-Wright) storyline won't be featured in the upcoming batch of episodes.
"We have a season off and we have a year's hiatus, solely because I imagine our storyline is up to the end of the books," he said in an interview with Australia's The ABC.
HBO declined to comment.

Spain is absolutely perfect location for Dorne.

Btw, if anyone cares and haven't yet, the Dunk and Egg stories are definitely worth reading imo (1st and 3rd are the best). Pretty cool stuff plus Bloodraven makes appearances so there is relevance to GOT.
Is this a graphic novel? I've heard the Dunk and Egg stories need to be read in order to see the bigger picture.

‘Game Of Thrones’ Is Coming To IMAX Theaters

The premiere date for season five of HBO’s ‘Game of Thrones’ is still lost in an approaching wintery haze, but soon, you’ll at least be able to catch up on the last couple episodes of season four on the (very) big screen.
“The Watchers on the Wall” and finale “The Children” will be screened in local IMAX theaters between January 23 and 29, according to HBO.
The digitally remastered versions will screen at 150 locations throughout the U.S., and while IMAX has yet to announce which theaters will screen the HBO hit, you can bet there will very likely be at least a couple in the San Francisco Bay Area.
“IMAX always seeks innovative ways to provide moviegoers a unique and differentiated experience, and today’s partnership with HBO and Game of Thrones achieves just that,” IMAX CEO Richard L. Gelfond said of the partnership.
Keep a third eye out for the official listing on IMAX’s website.

It's official. We're gonna be finding out the ending on TV instead of in the books.

I fucking hate GRRM. If he wrote 1/10 as fast as Brandon Sanderson he'd have finished the entire series in 1998.
