The original Flatliners IS THE argument for Hollywood to keep remaking movies.
Flatliners in 1990 was a cool premise but all style with not much substance. Neon lights in an abandoned church? Thats stupid. There was no solid resolution the led to the movies conclusion.
Flatliners in 1990 was some bullshit.

Having said that: this also looks dumb.

From what I've been reading this isn't a remake, it's a sequel. Keifer Sutherland apparently has a cameo also as his character from the first one.
