Anyone watch this show? It's on Netflix right now. Absolutely brilliant stuff, very thought provoking. The format is like The Twilight Zone, Outer Limits, something like that, but the premise is based on technology, like a slightly distance future and the darksides to technology. Excellent writing.

The first episode is just OK but after that it gets great. Only 6 episodes a season, I've bolded the ones I thought stood out, though the first one wasn't bad, either.

The National Anthem
Fifteen Million Merits
The Entire History of You
Be Right Back
White Bear

The Waldo Moment
White Christmas

If you're interested go straight to Fifteen Million Merits, brilliant episode.

Black Mirror is a British television anthology series created by Charlie Brooker that features speculative fiction with dark and sometimes satirical themes that examine modern society, particularly with regard to the unanticipated consequences of new technologies.

one of the best shows i've seen in awhile, i was big into twilight zone, even the shitty modernish reboot, so i saw twilight zone in the netflix description and gave it a shot. makes you think a lot more than most shows.

sidenote: i misread thread title and clicked on it cause i thought it said "black mixerr", who's working on photochopping that one

Hell yeah, Season 3 dropping on netflix here's the trailer:

I feel like people are sleeping on this. Like I said, Twilight Zone/Outer Limits + future technology.

The last episode I watched from last season with Jon Hamm (from Madmen) was dope, White Christmas. Here is the full episode if anyone wants to check it out:

you introduced me to this show 2-0-Sixx @2-0-Sixx and everyone i recommend it to LOVES it. except the first episode lol
I REALLY wish they didn't make that the first episode, it makes it seem like the show is some weird whacky shit! I mean, it's actually intriguing once you get past the ridiculous subject matter but NONE of the other episodes are anything like it. I don know, it just seems so out of place with the series which, again, is like a Outer Limits/Twilight Zone but focused around future technological advances and specifically the negative things that can and will come with it. So the first episode really did a disservice for potential new viewers who then think all the episodes will be like that.

Anyone who hasn't watched the show - I highly recommend you first watch any episode besides the first one. I'd start with the second episode, 15 Million Merits or White Bear. Both are dope.

First season had three episodes.
Second season four episodes.
Third season begins Oct 21st and will have six episodes.
Season four will have 12 episodes.

Season 3 is dope. Episode 3: “Shut Up and Dance” was crazy! Bronn from Game of Thrones was really good.

I haven't watched two episodes but it feels like each episode is better than the last. The acting and attention to detail is great this season. The first episode was probably the weakest only in that it could have basically been summed up in 20-30 minutes, I liked the ending though.
