A lot of people watch Mayweather to see him lose. He's good at selling tickets, his polarizing personality probably is more of a reason he sells so many tickets, other guys that fight a defensive style like that aren't nearly as popular (guys like Andre Ward, Rigondeaux, etc etc). I always find it funny people complain after watching his PPV and say it was boring and I think to myself what did you expect? Fans are a strange bunch.
