Very interesred in Lomachenko vs Salido on Saturday. Only Lomachenko's 2nd pro fight, fighting for the title. Would be a world record if he wins. 396-1 as an amateur, mind boggling. But is it too fast against a tough as nails Salido?

Orlando Salido 40-12-2, 28 KO
33 years old
Rounds boxed as a pro - 358

Vasyl Lomachenko 1-0, 1 KO
26 years years old
Rounds boxed as a pro - 4

Despite that, Lomachenko is about a 3-1 favorite to win.

Where'd you find that gif of MysticOracle @MysticOracle having (phone) sex with that chick he met online with the beat up tiddies?

Salido reminds me so much of Jhonny Gonzalez. I've counted him out so many times in his career and somehow he keeps coming back. I would favor Lomachenko though in that fight and expect him to knock him out. Salido really is getting old now.

I think he's a really sharp puncher from what I remember and I think his accuracy will really wear down Salido over 12 rounds. Which is crazy to think that a guy in his 2nd fight is even fighting a 12 round fight.

Most of the guys in the Olympics are in there 20's. The only Americans that turn pro earlier than that are because either they couldn't make the Olympic team or the Olympics are too far away (meaning they might have to wait four years).

Anyways, Lomachenko was 24 when he won his second Gold Medal, 20 when he won his first. I don't see how this is different than lot's of American boxers Rau'shee Warren for example turned pro the same age Loma did (he didn't win any medals at THREE Olympics).

Oh snap! That dude on the far left is my homeboy from the boxing gym, Alex Saucedo. I've been telling y'all about him for over a year now. I haven't seen him since like September though since I started school again. They were talking about getting him on HBO last time I talked to him and I know TR loves him. That's awesome.

He's young but he's a pretty damn big welterweight. The crazy thing is, Lomachenko is almost as tall as he is in that picture.

I heard he's rumored to fight on the Pacquiao vs Bradley PPV undercard (the non televised card but can stream online).
Listen man, there is no reason for this kid to be fighting on some non televised shit and TR needs to give him some fighters that are a bit more dangerous to him. They are gonna try to keep him going with no losses and feed him to the beasts even though he has the tools to become a major factor in the division.

This is all your fault.

That's how my friend from the gym that I was talking about is. His opposition has been awful as a pro. I have a feeling he's going to do get a HBO date or something and it's going to be too big of a step up
