God damn that was a royal beat down. Loma is no joke
yeah normally you dont see those type of ko's in the main event, i dont know how many amateur fights dude has but the fact he has under 10 pro fights putting beatings like that on people means dude is probably gonna something special. I mean dude he fought had 34 pro fights under his belt!!!

Supposedly 395-1 as an amateur. Impossible to verify but whatever it was it was a very good record.

Yeah man he is something special, that was his best performance as a pro. Salido in his second fight was probably just a tad too much too soon but to see what Salido keeps on doing it makes that loss look like nothing. He says he wants the rematch so maybe he'll get to avenge it sooner or later. Hopefully they can figure something out to make the Walters fight that would be sick

Finally got a chance to watch it. I still think Salido is a different animal over Rocky. Rocky was mesmerized by his speed and straight lefts it seemed like, he'd get in front of him and just stand there. Salido's going to be throwing, even if he's getting hit himself.

Still a crazy impressive performance. SFW is not as deep as it once was, he's going to have trouble trying to unify titles though, can't see anyone else with a title wanting to fight him.

It definitely is, but you know the 1 loss is legit. If anyone else besides Selimov beat him they'd come out and say it. Also the loss was in 2007 in his first year on the major amateur circuit and it was in the finals of the WAC which makes it that much impressive that he didn't lose since.

naner12 @naner12 I wonder if Dom Cruz watches a lot of Loma film, their movement looks alike. Loma had a couple of times where he would circle away and pop a jab out of nowhere or he would drop his head to the right and throw a big left straight behind it, Cruz loves to do those

I wouldn't be surprised. I always thought Cruz fought similar to Sergio Martinez. Has Cruz ever said where he originated his style from?
