Jacobs Vs. Quillin card kicking off on Showtime Extreme. Marcus Browne Vs. Francisco Sierra is starting now.

The ref fucked it up by standing in between Jacobs & Quillin and not stopping it immediately, but I didn't think it was a terrible stoppage because of his legs being so far gone and taking flush right hand after flush right hand.

If the ref wouldn't have stopped Jacobs I'd have to guess he would've kept the barrage going.

I do think it's funny that Mauro slammed Cuellar's secondary title, which he should've, but didn't mention a thing about Daniel Jacobs and his same secondary title with the same sanctioning body.

This is basically the fight here. A legit great win for Jacobs however you feel about the stoppage.

While it would be a good fight and I wouldn't mind watching it the winner of Lee/Saunders Vs. Jacobs would either only be the WBA "regular" champion and the WBO title would be vacated or they'd be the WBO champion.

No sanctioning body will allow their champion to unify with a "secondary" title. We seriously need to stop considering these championship fights. Jacobs Vs. Quillin was an awesome fight to make, but it wasn't a championship fight. There's 3 legit champions at middleweight at the moment, Saul Alvarez (WBC), Gennady Golovkin (IBF/WBA), Andy Lee (WBO). That's it.

Hopefully Jacobs does go after the winner of Lee/Saunders and picks up an actual title in the process.

That Donaire/Juarez fight turned out to be a way better fight than expected. If anyone didn't catch definitely try and watch it. Donaire seems to have rolled his ankle or something in the middle rounds.

Would be cool if they did Donaire Vs. Pagara next if they can't set up a big fight for Donaire. Donaire doesn't seem to have a ton left, you can find out what Pagara is (ranked #4 in the WBO), and you know TR like signing Filipinos.
