Recently I've been fucking with Rebel Galaxy.

I was a huge fan of Wing Commander growing up

So I've always wanted a modern version of that.

Rebel Galaxy is similar in a lot of ways. But it's open world, or open Galaxy, where you take various missions like bounties, cargo pick up/drop off, mining and various other shit.

But unlike Wing Commander, there are various factions you can side with, and raise or decrease your standings with the militia, merchants, various rebel "bad guys" you can side with, markets and in-game fluctuation of currency and goods, buying/trading goods in one district or trading hub could be bought/sold for better process elsewhere. Different kinds of ships, tons of different weapons, mines, upgrades, shields, cargo, etc. And because of that there is some strategy involved in taking on vsrois kinds of enemies.

If you like Wing Commander this game is very similar, even down the bartender who provides information and tips, fun to play not too serious. Worth the $15 on PSN.

Playing all of the Tell Tale games. Right now, working on the TWD trilogy of games. They're fun and mostly mindless. But, I'd rather play the Fables one again. It has better replay value.
The early ones were great - Fables, the first Walking Dead, etc. They started getting weaker and weaker and people started finding out your decisions don't even really matter. The last one I played was the Game of Thrones series and it was pretty decent as far as the story went but I went back a few times to "correct" decisions I made and they basically led to the same results. What a jip!

They need to go back to more emotional stories by building characters and have the decisions mean more. And probably take a look at Life is Strange. That game did a fantastic job of building characters and making your decisions impactful. Even though the end of the game essentially comes down to one major choice, everything on the way there was quite the ride.

I'm anxious to play more of it. Haven't had the money to download the rest of the episodes, but played through the first and really enjoyed it.

Anyone play Persona 5? I'm normally not into jap games like that (JRPGs) but I keep hearing cool things about it and reviews are extremely good, 9.7/10 on IGN, etc.
Just beat the game, the reviews got me to cop it...not knowing anything about the game/series...it def has a lot of un needed dialogue jus keeps going (last RPG I played was Final Fantasy 7/10). Worth it if u into rpgs..jus know its 100hr game

I'm a little bit old lol Played a bit of The Witcher 3 last night. Not too far in but I'm hooked. I'm also playing Smash 3DS currently.
Really in the mood to play Kingdom Hearts 2.5 HD ReMIX too, but it's difficult to justify replaying that game when I'm enthralled with The Witcher 3.
