GTA V pre-order now print exposed

GTA V pre-order now print exposed - ProductReviews

The creative gamers could certainly design and print a Grand Theft Auto 5 poster, which could hint towards the expected Spring 2013 release date, and this is the image that has made its way online revealing a GTA V launch window most gamers agree on. The question we have now is not the chances of GTA V arriving around this time, but how authentic this marketing material looks?

You can see the images below that we found via this forum and clearly state “Grand Theft Auto V” with a small tagline under, which reads “pre-order now” and offers a rough timeline rather than an exact release date. Personally this picture looks as authentic as it gets, so there will be a good chance that this poster is official although it hasn’t been confirmed or denied at the time of writing.

When we take into account the recent GTA 5 illustration and other details starting to emerge, it seems that excitement is one thing we should all be feeling right now after such a long wait for the next Grand Theft Auto game. We’re also betting on GTA 5 trailer 2 to be revealed very soon, and considering we’re almost one year on from the first trailer it could land on Nov 2 if Rockstar care about anniversaries.

One thing is sure when it comes to open world games like GTA 5, and that is the competitors will find it pretty hard selling their games when GTA 5 is likely to see a release date within the next few months. We’d also like to point out that many gamers believe when it comes to GTA 5, it has no competition.

The digital issue of December's Game Informer is out now, and with it comes a boatload of new information on Grand Theft Auto V, including the fact that its world will be bigger than the worlds of Red Dead Redemption, San Andreas, and Grand Theft Auto IV combined (at least according to Rockstar).

Holy crap.

You should read Game Informer for the full look, but here are a few big details we've learned from the magazine's latest cover story:

According to Rockstar, Grand Theft Auto V's Los Santos is bigger than Red Dead Redemption, San Andreas, and Grand Theft Auto IV combined. Yep. There's wilderness, a military base, and even an ocean floor to explore underwater.
You can switch between the game's three main protagonists at "nearly any time."
Those three protagonists, by the way, are named Michael, Trevor, and Franklin. Michael is a retired bank robber who gets sucked back into crime; Trevor is a career criminal and drug addict; Franklin is a 20-something street hustler.
Sometimes they'll work together on missions, during which you can switch back and forth from character to character depending on which part of a given mission you feel like doing.
Each character has his own personality, skill set, and group of friends to interact with. And the ones you're not controlling will go off and do their own thing.
This is the same world as Grand Theft Auto IV and Liberty City, so you might see some recurring characters from those games (just not the major ones, like Niko Bellic). But. Rockstar says this is the "high-definition" world of Grand Theft Auto, so don't expect to see anyone from the PS2-era titles.
Remember those randomized dynamic missions in Red Dead Redemption? They're back for GTAV: expect hitchhikers, muggers, and dead bodies, among others.
Yes friendships. No romance.
Rockstar says there will be an economy, but you won't be able to buy properties. There will be "loads of other stuff."

Biggest world in the series' history
Can switch between three protagonists at any time off-mission, certain missions allow changes during them
Multiple protags chosen due to IV+EFLC success
Switching reduces "flat spots" during stories
Play as protagonist and antogonist, stories cross each other
Switching protags is like entering Google Earth
Michael: Old guy from first trailer, retired bank robber, in witness protection, lives in Rockford Hills (Similar to Beverly Hills), has wife (Amanda) and children (Tracy the teen and Jimmy the 20-year-old)
Trevor: Balding guy living in a trailer in the desert of Blaine County, friend of Michael
Franklin: repossesses cars, possibly one of many tasks from his boss.
Pedestrians have more reactions to you (giving the middle finger, etc)
Can douse things in gas and leave a trail for later ignition
Ammunation is back
All protags have lives outside of your control
Each protag has skillsets and personalities
Complex missions happen earlier
Many heist missions
Protags can work together in certain missions, sometimes all three
Rappeling, possibly off-mission ability
Planes available very early
Many side missions and minigames including yoga and a full golf course. Some minigames specific to a protag.
No RPG elements (fat/muscle) but you can change clothing like GTA IV
TV will return among other "odd" things for a video game
No girlfriends but there are regular friends/family for each protag:
Lamar: crazy friend of Franklin
Amanda: Michael's wife in a rocky relationship
Jimmy: Michael's pothead son
Ron: Trevor's paranoid neighbor
Some familiar faces from GTA IV will return but no Niko and no PS2-era characters.
No property but plenty of other stuff to do with money throughout your gameplay experience
The phone makes a return
Random, optional side quests like in RDR will return. Talk with hitchhikers, nab a purse-snatcher, etc
Crews will be improved for GTA V's multiplayer
Less celebrities in the cast like GTA IV
Extremely detailed world including pedestrians and lawn sprinklers.
