I actually prefer using Silvers as they just play so smooth.

4-3-3 with no CDM's is very attacking. You need to switch up your formation so you have atleast 1 CDM.

I'd even go 4-1-2-1-2 if you want two strikers and wide mids with pace, but a CDM will pick up alot of intercepted passes for you and will help when players try and dribble through your defence.

This squad has now got me to Division 1

and this is the squad keeping me there. Too many pace babies, you really are at a disadvantage without going full pace baby.
