CoD went full futuristic bullshit they are now literally fighting in space while Battlefield listened to the communities, took it back to 1914 WWI, and what's cool about it is it appears to be on all fronts not just the Western Front. From the trailer you can tell they included the Desert War, the Italian front, and shit maybe even some colonial African battles. I dig it.

Battlefield is where it's at.

Wonder if DICE will give us a new Medal of Honor though.
Battlefield has always been impressive and their servers are constantly thriving. What I'm glad about this game going back to WWI is it's going to get rid of some of that ridiculous shit thats been going on like dudes ejecting from there jet, one shot snipe a dude in the head and land back on their falling jet and fly away lol that stuff was too stupid for me (not that it's not impressive people can actually pull that off in the game just the fact that it's possible in game turned me off).

Medal of honor was my shit, that would be cool.

I hope this pushes developers to start making games about less popular wars - how about the Korean war?!? So many people died, a massive war and yet hardly any games on it. I still don't feel like anyone has made a proper Vietnam War game yet, jungle has always been tricky but on recent years it's much easier. Or how about non-American wars? So many to choose from, so many "cool" options. They shouldn't limit themselves to WWII and "modern" conflicts.

+ 1 for Nam 67. I played it on the og xbox but it was a great game for back then. They should make more games from historical wars IMO.

Yup, this game might re-invoke my console gaming. The last two garbage CoD games and The Division wasn't able to do it.

This looks legit.

Taking it back to a skill base fps not just spray and pray.

Not a fan of dipping out of a moving jet/ taking a wall/tank blast and still living.
battlefield was always about skill for the most part. But the whole jumping out of jets shooting someone hoping back in got ridiculous. Not that I could ever pull off something that myself (shit, I can probably count on one hand the amount of times I flew a jet in MP...wasn't my thing. The dog fighting in this game? Now that's something I definitely want to get good at).
