Can somebody explain to me why the fuck Mark Henry is the champion and he's facing Randy Orton for the title in a Hell in the Cell match?

This is what I get for not watching wrestling for over a year.

Orton lost the belt at the last ppv. He was pretty much a dominant champion in place of Edge for Smackdown. His feud with Christian was pretty one sided even though they faced eachother a bunch of times in title matches.
