Does it matter? He is just going to come back and get injured for the 100th time.

Surprises/Returns Planned For Royal Rumble Match
As is typically the case for the Royal Rumble Match, WWE will likely reach out to a few legends/former superstars as surprise entrants in this year's 30 man battle royal match. Additionally, with several top names scheduled to make injury returns, it's possible we could see the return of Christian and/or MARK HENRY in this year's Rumble match.

I hope not he is a lot better as a bad guy but most likely him "breaking legs" for the Hall of Pain will be considered too extreme for PG like Orton's punt
