He did Champagne Coast, I'm Sorry We Lied, Sutphin, Complete Knock, Bad Girls, Telling (What's Wrong With Me?) and a new song that was sick. He jumped into the crowd for most of it so he was practically sweating on me most of the time.
Luke Temple was aight, had a cute girl with him. I creeped him out after the show.
CANT was fucking dope. Dev and Chris singing together is so good, and they switch bass and guitar between songs.

So alright, I told Dev about The Sicc and he was super happy because he loves gangster rap. I got a pic of us throwing up the W that Im waiting for my friend to email me and he signed my copy of CG. Nicest guy ever. His laptop crashed over the weekend so he had to rebuild all of the songs from scratch to play on the tour and he lost all the new songs he's working on but said he's got a good memory so he thinks he can make them all again. I think he said hopefully he'll have it out next spring, but I was pretty trashed when we were talking about it. He said he's not sure if he'll tour again. He'd like to but he doesn't like touring and is only doing this one because he's playing with CANT anyways. I asked how he got the duet with Kristen Wiig on the MacGruber soundtrack because that's my friend I was with and mine's favorite movie and he got excited and said the director (Jorma Taccone) is one of his good friends, then he said he was going to text him about us, and then said "here he said to look at this" and he sent a picture of the license plate MacGruber memorizes in the movie and we started going nuts lol. He told me to listen to Ace Hood and I told him to listen to A-Wax and that's about all I can remember right now. Had so much fun

Edit: I'm so happy I want to cry. I've missed Russian Circles a few times for odd reasons. They're 1 of like 3 bands that I'm dying to see (that still play). I wonder if they'll keep all the vids of all the bands to go back and watch?

So on December 4th, Cass McCombs & Thee Oh Sees are both going to be in SF on the same day. Trying to figure out who I should see.

I've been really into Cass' single this year, so I might go see him.

Pretty tight, kind of crowded, of course more people would come for a free show I guess lol. The stage was tiny(look at it) so he was back & forth between the crowd & stage for most of the show. A couple of girls were videotaping it and taking pictures, I handed one of them an empty beer because her shirt was similar to a waiter I saw there lulz. I could only find this video of it tho, not sure where they posted all the video they were taking.
