Listening to the new FFF and so far it kicks ass! The EP I posted a little while back which showed some promise seems now was just a precursor to this new LP, Welcome Home Armageddon. I couldn't be happier with this release.

Then again I'm only on song 4. But it's been 6 years since I've heard music like this from them. Fuck. Yeah.

^^^hhhmmm my version didn't have all those remixes, I wonder if that is meant as a replacement for stepped up and whatever it was called.

The new album is okay, I like their previous work a bit more.

I think this is just the "deluxe" version. And to be honest, I know next to nothing about them. I posted it because they are one of three post-hc bands that I haven't listened to before that I am going try to get to this week. Those being Woe, Is Me, Asking Alexandria, and Emmure.

Didn't want to jump the gun when I first listened to it and thought it was badass, but I've now been listening to the new Asking Alexandria all week and I can honestly say its fucking dope. There are so many different variations of singing & screaming that you'd think there were like 5 different guys with microphones. I kinda wish they would have fucked with the electronic/techno aspect a bit more. I was expecting it to be a little more prevalent but found that it was only on a couple of songs. Then again, that type of shit easily ruins music when not done properly. The vocals and instumentals are blended together almost perfectly. How does this compare to their first album?

I know it's emo as fuck, but I hell dig this interlude lol

Also Camby, do you know of any good electronic-metal bands (asside from Attack Attack!)? I find that I sometimes really dig it, but more often than not it sounds like shit. If there is a band that's really good at it I'd like to hear it.

First album is better. Morte Et Dabo is the song that really stands out on this one.

(my opinion)

Scarlett O'Hara (dope, recommended)
We Butter The Bread With Butter (dope)
Dungeon Elite (I think they blow ass)
Brokencyde (hit & miss)
Sonic Syndicate (okay, don't like the clean vox)
Attila (dope)
100 Dead Rabbits (they suck)
A Goodnight Crisis (dope!)
Abandon All Ships (okay, worth checking out)
Adam Kills Eve (good)
Aliens & Me (okay)
Alesana (teh suck)
Animals As Leaders (awesome, need to get!)
Before Their Eyes (good)
Kids Bearing Arms (eh, okay but too low budget to enjoy)
Breathe Carolina (dope, recommended)
Built On Secrets (needs metal)
Call The Cops (okay, popish)
Crossfaith (dope, check out the song blue)
Does It Offend You, Yeah? (hit and miss but when they hit it's awesome check out the song Dawn of the Dead)
House Vs Hurricane (okay)
Genghis Tron (of course!)
Marilyn Is Dead (good, recommended)
Maine-de-Gloire (good)
Motionless In White (get their new shit)
Our Last Night (good but post-hardcore)
Roma Ferox (good, recommended)
Sky Eats Airplane (good)
Skyscrapers Walk Among Us (good)
The Subtle Way (post hard-core but good)
This Night I Possess (get this cd, it sucks but you should have it anyway)
Watchout Theres Ghosts (decent)
