I never really investigated the Sabbath after Ozzy because I think Ozzy is the shit, but I downloaded the song Heaven and Hell and I gotta say that the Dio Sabbath is fucking sick in its own right.....
I think Heaven and Hell is also the name of the band now. They were on tour recently with Down.. Dunno if it's all the original members though.

Dio has always been kind of a joke to me...Although we hafta credit him with the "devil horns", his work AFTER Sabbath ruined any cred I had given him before...ie: Holy Diver
