Earlier today, foodie-website San Diego Eater hinted at the possibility of Roscoe’s House of Chicken and Waffles expanding into San Diego. That would be huge!
The website claims to have spoken to a tipster with intel that Roscoe’s is looking at at Hotel Circle/Mission Valley location.
Founded in 1975, Roscoe’s has been an L.A. staple now known worldwide–frankly, I’m surprised they haven’t expanded outside of the L.A. area. There are currently seven Roscoe’s locations, the closest one to us is in Anaheim.
