Glizzy might be the most consistent artist in a minute, rap wise that is. There are projects I like a lot more than other ones but he really hasn't dropped one that's not solid after his first couple when he was just starting out that were hit and miss.

Maybe Peewee Longway but Glizzy's catalog is deeper.
