New goal. Within 2 years I will be living in Texas. Company I'm with has a couple warehouses down there. Get me some land around the Houston outskirts, grow my cannabis, and become a recluse.

Nice, within the next few years i plan on buying a house. Weve been talking about it fora while now.

Renting is not the biz up here and looking into it a house would save me 600-700 a month if the price is right.

My tribe has classes about owning/ buying a house which i took a few years ago. They also help/ put up the down payment. The only thing is i lagged on credit bc i never wanted that burden, so last year i got a cc and im in the low 700s which to me is dope for never having credit for 32 years and within 1 year im decent.
