Damn that's some serious heavy damage lol... Have to either do a fast which i don't want to do anymore or cut 100 calories here some there, til i make up for it like a two week setback lol. Totally not even worth it i shouldve went and got a real burger or some teriyaki or a pizza if i was going to do all that. That McDonald's was super good then got really gross at the end, and i don't want to see or smell McDonald's for the rest of my life (aka til i go there again within the month probably ). So at least there was a small victory there
