My guesses are they were closed down for not paying their taxes, lack of financial stability, poor sales, creative differences, conflict of interest, bad business practices, lack of interest in the recording artists, lack of funding, or other legal drama.

Other than that, if you google 'Big Dank Arkansas' his criminal record and arrest record rapsheet on the first page. He's been locked up since 2012 apparently. So Big Dank is not getting out anytime soon. (I hope that helps.)
