Smigg was born in Dago, raised in Sac...moved back to Dago but also has lived in LA, AZ and The Bay. The way he can be in Bayrider The Gang is because Sacramento has always been close homies to the Bay and Smigg put it down in the Bay alot.

Please dont try to make him look like a turf hopper because its not like that...he is good in all three areas even though SAC is his home.
