Gettin banned for promoting a free beat cd in multiple sections doesn't seem like spam to me. Targeting different regions with your music should be encouraged. I agree to a certain extent that people who spam should be banned but there should also be some sort of special circumstance for people who contribute for the good of this site. More than anything they, the mods, were making an example out of him.
