It's not even fair to say 40. E-40 is in a league of his own. He's been murdering sh*t since half these guys were in elementary (literally). Mentioning him with most Bay area Artist is bringing a fully to a fist fight.




Him excluded, It's between Mistah F.A.B., Locksmith and I gotta say Wax Fase. I don't even bump his sh*t, but to say he ain't dope is just lying.



As far as this Mob sh*t goes, That kid Gully got it, hands down. No competition.

I Agree E-40 Should be excluded he's a legend The Dopest in My Opinion right now is Young Gully he got his own style he's original and he got lyrics plus he can rap about many subjects

E-40 is top shelf in the bay, everybody else is over the counter or ice cold in the fridge.
