Good list, but I'd swap Hammer out for Too Short and JT out For Messy. Hammer was a one hit wonder, and JT was more of a producer than a rapper. So many rappers I'd wanna add like Richie Rich or B-Legit or X Raided............

Ok, so he had more hits. I'm not gonna hide the fact that he was caked up either, had a tough crew, and was swimmin in pussy. His wave was dope...........Hall of fame though? Not enough skills to make the cut. I have t even mentioned Mac Mall, Keak, Quinn, Jacka......If it was like the NBA Hall of Fame he would make the cut later on down the road.
