Frisco got a lot of people doing it lightweight big in the New Bay scene... Pac B, Roach Gigz, Young Bari, Show Banga, Loverance, etc. are all making noise. Like Oro said I prefer rappers like DaVinci (Fillmore) and the Jealous Guys (Lakeview) over the New Bay scene but I listen to both.
