I'm not a E-40 fan really outside of Federal and In a Major Way (and The Click's first album) but there is no denying that. Dude also gets love and respect from coast to coast and all in between. Hell some of that respect might not even be musically related but I think damn near every rap artist out big or small respects 40s hustle and grind regardless if they are a fan of his music or not.
