I think Sicx is a shortened version of "Triple Sicx". That's what he was called back in the day, but he shortened it to Sicx, so lynch was talkin about him in those songs.

Lynch and "Triple Sicx" were doing their thing in Sac while "Triple 6" were doing their thing in Frisco and "Triple 6 Mafia" were doing their thing in Memphis.
