Michigan elections director doubts vote-hacking in presidential count
.......The report says the scientists believe they have identified a questionable trend of Clinton performing worse in Wisconsin counties that relied on electronic voting machines, compared to paper ballots and optical scanners. It wasn't clear from the reports why Michigan and Pennsylvania were reportedly cited by the scientists.
Chris Thomas, the longtime director of Michigan's Bureau of Elections, said Michigan doesn't use the electronic voting machines identified in the report as being the sources of potential hacking.
"We are an entire paper and optical scan state," Thomas told the Free Press Wednesday. "Nothing is connected to the Internet.".................

What do people think about the Alt-Right and Steve Bannon being in the whitehouse?
Bannon has called himself a Nationalist and part of the "Alt-Right" and that Breitbart news is a platform for the Alt-Right. He tries to downplay racism and claims he's a Nationalist but not a White Nationalist but when we take a look at what the Alt-Right is, and Breitbart news, clearly race is a huge deal. For example, if you visit Alt-Right websites, such as the the subreddit, r/altright you can see what they are really about - one of the top posts:

Daily reminder that the United States was explicitly founded as an ethnostate where only "free white persons of good character" could get citizenship.
Breitbart news can publish articles written by Jews when it fits their agenda (typically some sort of anti Muslim piece), but that doesn't change his ideology. And that's what we're dealing with here, an ideology. The Alt-Right is white nationalism rebranded.
Trump has been selecting an ultra-right cabinet, that much is clear by now. Such as Betsy DeVos, the new Secretary of Education - a billionaire, creationist, charter school advocate, she's anti-gay marriage, daughter of Amway founder, sister of Blacwater CEO, she is the largest donor to the worst Religious Right hate groups.
What I thought we would see is a lot of his supporters actually begin to question Trump and his motives after making these moves, but instead I see them blindly following him and attack anyone who does question his motives. So it makes it pretty clear these people have the same ideology, which is why they are supporting his moves.
Makes me wonder if the Alt-Right movement will grow even biggest, which is a scary thought.

He was the last person that I wanted to win, but I was willing to give him a chance until he started selecting science deniers, obvious racists, and war-happy people for his cabinet. He's also made it clear that he has no desire to avoid conflicts of interest with his business dealings and his presidency. People need to stand up against that kind of corruption no matter who they voted for. I just hope people can wake up before it's too late.

Anyone who thinks there is something wrong with that picture is a racist, just as if anyone had a problem with a picture of an all Mexican family, all American Indian family, all African family, etc. Is there something wrong with people who want a single ethnicity in their country? No, many people want that in their respective countries all over the world. Is there something wrong with people who want a single ethnicity in the United States? Only if they are not American Indian. I am personally thankful that we are not all ethnically alike.
