WHATS THE FATTEST YOUVE EVER GOT YOURSELF UP TOO??

The biggest I've ever been up to was 345 and I looked terrible. With my new dieting and everything, I've gone from 331 to my current weight of 304 and my waste is a pants size away from a 38 again, plus I just feel better.

220..... my average weight is at 190-195.....

270 is the most I've weighed... maybe about two years ago... now I sit at about 200-205...

I went on a seafood diet. I see food I eat it.

270 at the end of last year. Been cutting body fat slowly down to 241 right now.

270 a couple months ago, from going to the gym 4-5 times a week. i had a reverse effect from putting on muscle. i stopped going cuz ive been working like crazy and im down to 255. time to mix in going to the gym again, im trying to get 200 by the end of the year.

shit over 4 bills about 3 years ago. Right now Im 315, lowest I been was about 18 months ago and that was 270. Im almost 6'3. My goal is to be 230 cut. Thats a ways off. Drinking always fucks me off.
