Your normally not suppose to consume "alcohol" on probation, so I'm pretty sure they would't allow you to smoke weed.

How about you just dont smoke weed, so no risk of being caught by your po and going back to jail? Seems to me that freedom is worth giving up getting high for...

Up here in washington, at least in king county, if you have a med card you can smoke while in probation. But like most thing's in the criminal justice world, your PO probably has discretion, so if he wants to be a dick, be prepared to get violated.
