Seems like some of u underestimate the us military.

Yes Russia has a strong army. And yes America does not and shouldn't want to go to war with russia, but the same goes for them too they don't know want it with us neither.

America has by far the largest stalk of nukes in the world and we have more jets, air craft carriers, and tanks then any military on earth.

Also we are the have the most mobile military and can reach any other countries home land faster and more efficient.

And somebody in this thread mentioned russia having air dominance over us is completely false. We are the only country on earth with fully functional 6th generation aircrafts that are actually being flown on missions and that are actively being manufactured. Russia and China's 6th generation air fighters are still in the developmental stages and won't be mass produced for years. Those wars games u mentioned just test the aircraft dog fighting capabilities and does not take in to consideration the tech that is in the raptor. These jet fighters are years ahead of anything China or russia has active in their military and would knock down their fighters before they even were in radar range.

Theres a lot more I could speak on the situation but I dont have time. I know russia and china could give us a hurting but think we couldn't give it right back and then some. The USA is separated by the two largest oceans on earth just to get onto our land with troops would be more costly to any country that it would be worth then to have to fight a war after would be any countries economic suicide. We have the most advanced weapons on earth shit look at the tech they show us just imagine what we got up our leave....just my 2 cents.

You obviously never heard of the Bearing sea because the Russians and Chinese could practically walk to the US.

You might have the most advanced tech and all that good stuff but also the most war exhaust troops and citizens.

Plus China and Russia are both capable of running the US through the ground without a single shot needing to be fired.

Wow ur delusional...

Ok im ah give u chance to explain yourself...

1st Please give me an example how the bearing sea would allow china or russia to "walk" their troops, tanks and equipment over here?

2Nd having the most advanced weapons is what going to win wars in the 21st century. Its not so much about man power like it was in ww2 so the military with the best weapons are going to be more accuarte and efficent when it comes to taking out high priority targets.

3rd explain to me how russia or chi a could in your words "run the us through the ground without firing a single shot"?

Ill wait for ur answer this should be good...

The dollar would plummet.

All of this "what ifs" is silly though because just the threat of war alone is enough to stop the US from doing a damn thing about Crimea. The US doesn't have a free pass anymore. They invaded Iraq the moment the Soviet Union collapsed, which they were prevented from doing so prior because the USSR was a superpower. The US couldn't bomb the shit out if Syria recently because of Russia. And now they can't do anything about Ukraine/Crimea because of Russia and the threat of war.

Dollar would plummet, but wouldn't affect them as bad as well?

All the things you say about the U.S not doing shit, can apply to Russia and China as well to be fair. Russia can't do a damn thing about our troops stationed in their backyard. Same for China.

Regardless, we're probably not going to be on the same situation with this issue but I think it's safe to say Russia and the U.S both, won't ever try to directly confront one another in our lifetimes.

They might be able to get into Alaska. But, Canada, with out military might and hockey sticks, will never allow them to push through the rest of North America.

They'll have to get through the ice beaners first.

Not as bad but obviously this wouldn't happen anytime soon since China exports everything to the US. It's counterproductive for both countries. That's why the "what if" game is pointless.

But Russia did do a god damn thing lol they sent troops into Ukraine and in Crimea. I don't see what the problem is here the people of Crimea overwhelmingly voted to join the Russian federation. Of course the hypocrisy is the US supported Kosovo when they voted to separate from Serbia. The US said Kosovo's secession was legitimate, but say Crimea's vote is illegitimate. Hypocritical. The people of Crimea simply don't want to be ruled by the neo nazi's in Kiev. Understandable.

Right. Only proxy wars.
